2. Hosting

The site is hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — cloudflare.com).

3. Terms of use

This site presents the expatriation and international mobility coaching offered by Coaching Now, by video, from France, worldwide.

Information is provided for guidance only and is not a contractual commitment. Every engagement follows a prior conversation and a tailored proposal.

Figures and research excerpts are quoted with their sources and remain the responsibility of their authors.

The publisher cannot be held liable for errors, site unavailability or the content of external sites linked (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).

4. Intellectual property

All content (texts, Coaching Now logo, photographs, layout) belongs to Coralie Nobili unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Privacy policy (GDPR)

The site has no form and no user accounts. No personal data is collected directly by the site.

Contact buttons open your e-mail or WhatsApp app. Information you choose to send is used only to answer your request and follow up on coaching.

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request. Retention: 3 years after last contact, unless required by law.

Data is never sold or shared. WhatsApp exchanges are subject to WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data: contact@coaching-now.fr. You may also contact the French authority CNIL (cnil.fr).

Coaching sessions are confidential, in line with the ICF code of ethics.

6. Consumer mediation

Coaching Now engagements follow a personalised conversation and are agreed offline, with no online subscription: appointing a consumer mediator is therefore not mandatory.

As a precaution, it is stated that failing a direct amicable solution with Coralie Nobili, any complaint may be submitted free of charge to a consumer mediator listed on the official register published by the CECMC (the French commission overseeing consumer mediation), available via mediation-consommation.fr.

As no mediator is currently appointed by Coaching Now, the process is initiated with the competent mediator of your choice, whose contact details appear on that register.

7. Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Only your language preference (FR/EN) is stored in your browser, with no personal data.

8. Governing law

This site is governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, French courts have jurisdiction.
